Reset a user's password

One of the most common issues your users face is forgetting their password. Or they might wish to reset it so they can update it to something stronger.

Although they can easily reset it on their own, there might be times when they need you to step in.

As an app owner you can reset the password for any of your users.

First, select 'Users' on the Dashboard

Now look for the user for whom you wish to reset the password and Apply Filter

Go to the user's profile, click the settings button and select 'Reset Password'

Set a new password and submit it

That's it! New password set successfully :)
