Enroll or revoke users' access to courses and collections

To access the content of courses, users need to enroll in them.

However, there might be times when you need to enroll a user in a course or collection manually.

To enroll a user in a course

Visit the user's profile from the list of users

Click the 'Manual enrollment' button for courses/collections, depending on what you wish to enroll the user in

Now select the course(s) in which you want to enroll the user

Click enroll on the bottom right corner of your screen

Now the user is enrolled in these courses and they will start showing on their profile

To revoke access to any course, click the 'Revoke Access' button

Mention the reason of revoking access and revoke. Only you can see the reason
