How much of a video has a user watched? What have they commented on? What have they upvoted and which course have they completed?

The Activities Feed gives you the answers to all these, and more.

On the feed you can check different activities by users.

The filter lets you filter out users by different criterias

Types of Filters under Activities

Search User
Enter a name, number or email id to search for a particular user's activity

Activity Type
Filter user activity based on various activity types.

Let's understand what selecting each one of these types shows in the results

Post Comment Written
Users have commented on a post.

Post Comment Reply Written

Users who replied to a comment written by another user on a post

Post Comment Upvoted

Users who upvoted a post comment using the thumbs up sign, indicating that they like it

Users who rated a course using 1 - 5 stars.
Note: Some ratings might also be accompanied by a review

Course Promo Video Started

Users who started the promo video for a course

Course Visited
Users who visited a course

Collection Visited

Users who visited a collection

Course enrolled

Users who enrolled in a course (in case of paid courses it means the users bought the course)

Collection enrolled

Users who enrolled in a collection (in case of paid collections it means the users bought the collection)

Course Completed

Users who marked a course as completed, and the platform (Web, Android or iOS) they used to do so

Collection Completed

Users who marked a collection as completed, and the platform (Web, Android or iOS) they used to do so

Users who rated a collection using 1 - 5 stars.

Awesome! You can filter users with any of these criterias depending on your requirement.

Not just that, you can also filter users based on a particular time period using the From Date and To Date filters

For example, let's filter users using the Course Enrolled filter and adding From and To dates

This shows users who enrolled in a course between the specified duration, in this case between November 6, 2020 to November 30, 2020

Export Activity

Along with filtering users, you can also export a list of the search results you get on filtering users. Simply apply the filters you require, and click the export button.

Let's say you wish to export a list of all users who rated a course

First apply the filter, in this case, Activity Type - Course Rated

Now click Export

This exports a .xls file of the list of users who rated a course. You can export similar lists based on any filter.
