Manage users from your dashboard – Teachmore

A guide on how you can manage users from your dashboard, and filter them by using different criterias

Go to Users on the Teachmore dashboard. Here you see the total number of users who have signed up so far, as well as their details including ID, Name, Email, Mobile Number, Joined On and Last Active

The Users page has a filter button that helps you to filter users based on various criterias.

Types of filters and what you can do with them

Search
Search users using a name, mobile or email

Sign Up Period
Filter users who have signed up today, in the last 7 days, last 30 days, last 6 months or last year

Activity Tracking
Filter users based on whether Activity Tracking is enabled or disabled for them.

Enrolled In Course
Filter users who are enrolled in a particular course

Enrolled In Collection
Filter users who are enrolled in a particular collection

Visited But Not Enrolled In Course
Filter users who have visited a particular course

Visited But Not Enrolled In Collection
Filter users who have visited a particular collection
