Once you create a quiz, go to Questions tab. Here you can:

Click on bulk import questions. That will open up the Import questions option. Here you can download an empty template file or a sample file with questions

Using the empty template file, you can create an excel using which you can import questions into the quiz

Once your excel file is ready, click the import excel button and select the file

That's all, your quiz is ready :)

Click on bulk import questions

Add number of questions and number of options per question and click Create questions

Now the questions are added to the quiz. Just add the content in them, and complete your quiz
