Part 1: Create account and send instructions to add DNS records
Go to https://sendgrid.com/
Click Start for free
Enter details and create account
Once the account is created, you will see your SendGrid dashboard
Finish account setup
Confirm account email address
Once email is verified this step should show as complete
Click Get started under Authenticate your domain
Enter your DNS Host from the given list. If it is not in list, select "Other host"
Add from domain (for example "mywebsite.in")
Important: In the from domain field, please enter main domain only. Do not include www or sub-domain.
For example enter only mywebsite.in
Under Install DNS records, select "Send to coworker"
In To email address enter help@teachmore.com
Once the instructions are sent, please let us know, our team will complete the DNS steps and inform you.
Part 2: After DNS steps are done
You should see the option to verify domain
Return to Sender Authentication
Now the status should be seen as ‘verified’
Create API Keys
Go to Settings → API Keys
Click Create API Key
Name your API Key. This can be any name such as XYZ Teachmore API Key, where XYZ is your app name
Important: Copy the API Key and store it safely first, as it won't be displayed again
Copy the API Key
Paste the API Key under Settings → Integrations → SendGrid on the Teachmore dashboard and fill out the other details as well
