Once a user signs up, you can choose to send them a welcome email .

To do so, you need to have the following in your Academy:

  • An active SendGrid Integration

  • Enable ‘Welcome Email’ under Settings → General → Communication → Email

Go to Settings → General → Welcome email, and click Manage

Customise the content of your email and update. In the body of the email, the parts that are in curly brackets {..} will be updated automatically.

For example, if the following email is sent to your users, their first name as well as your academy name will be fetched automatically.
